About
Qi Gong, literally “Life Energy Cultivation” is a holistic system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for the purposes of health, spirituality, and martial arts training. With roots in Chinese medicine, philosophy, and martial arts, qigong is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance qi (chi), translated as “life energy”. The health benefit of practicing Qi Gong is yin, versus yang, cultivation.
The Instructor
Christopher teaches meditation and Soaring Crane Qi Gong in a very yin-cultivation style. He wants people to find and be themselves; he serves to help us all just to be.
